    I'm rather new to cycling and trying some workouts on my own outside of cycling classes (they fill up so fast that sometimes I can't get in). I could use a little more guidance and details on what a running flat, climb, running hills, sprints, etc. exactly mean. How long do I do them for? Or do I just do running flats for the entire song? Thanks for any details and advice you have for a newbie!
