I have made a few announcements in class, but if you haven't heard, I will not be teaching tomorrow morning. The wonderful George will be subbing in my place - please join him as he is a great instructor!!!
I am taking a spinning continuing education class for four hours called, "Profile Designs & Heart Rate Games"!!!
You know what that means? Lots of fun in the following week for you all!!!
